About the Role

This role involves overseeing a fleet of couriers, optimizing routes, and ensuring the efficient dispatch and tracking of all shipments. You will play a vital role in maintaining high service levels and client satisfaction within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of logistical challenges specific to the Western Cape region, contributing significantly to the operational success of our client's distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the daily schedules and routes for a team of courier drivers.
• Utilize dispatch software to track shipments, monitor driver progress, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and confirm delivery details.
• Manage inventory of dispatch materials and ensure vehicles are properly equipped.
