Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in SDR/BDR roles, agency or SaaS a plus.
• Proven ability to personalize outreach and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and pipeline ownership.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP to build a targeted pipeline.
• Identify decision makers and compile accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
