You will leverage tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to execute thoughtful outbound outreach, maintain CRM hygiene, and continually improve targeting, messaging and conversion across the regional market.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
