Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and contact research.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops.
