Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and build pipeline. As an SDR, you own the top of the funnel—researching ICPs, sourcing contacts and booking meetings with qualified decision makers for our Account Executives.

This remote role requires strong written outreach, familiarity with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and CRM tools, and a disciplined habit of maintaining clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records to help the team hit ambitious pipeline

Qualifikationen

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM systems.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Aufgaben

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
