Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touchpoints.

Formación

• At least 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in agency or SaaS.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Experience using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Grit, curiosity and coachability.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
