Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book discovery calls while maintaining clean CRM records.

You should bring 2 years in an SDR/BDR role and be comfortable with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo, plus Salesforce. A proactive, coachable attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
