Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in catering with corporate events experience.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and account development.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service, menu planning, and event logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of corporate catering events from client consultation to post-event analysis.
• Develop customized menus tailored to corporate clients, considering dietary restrictions and themes.
• Coordinate logistical elements including vendor management, staffing, and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients; act as primary contact.
• Ensure services meet quality, presentation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices for corporate clients.
• Monitor budgets and control costs to ensure profitability per event.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during planning or execution.
• Stay updated on catering trends and best practices.
