Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Corporate Catering Planner to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of catering for corporate clients, including meetings, conferences and events. This fully remote role requires excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in catering planning, event coordination, or corporate hospitality management.

Responsibilities

• Consult with corporate clients remotely to understand event objectives, dietary needs, and budget constraints.
• Develop customized catering menus and packages that align with client expectations and event types.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of catering events, including delivery schedules, setup requirements, and staffing needs.
• Liaise with the internal culinary team to communicate menu details and production timelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of catering services to client sites.
• Manage client accounts, build relationships, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during planning or execution phases of an event.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and event details using CRM and planning software.
• Adhere to company policies, food safety standards, and QA protocols.
