Placements24 is seeking a Remote Corporate Catering Planner to coordinate national corporate events from a home office. You will liaise with clients, translate requirements into actionable plans for on-site teams, and manage multiple events across locations with a focus on detail and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in event planning, catering coordination, or similar client-facing roles.
• Ability to manage complex logistics and multiple events concurrently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with event management CRM is a plus.
• High school diploma; degree in Hospitality/Event Management or Business is a plus.
• Must have reliable internet and a conducive remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of corporate catering events from inception to completion.
• Engage with corporate clients to discuss requirements, dietary needs, and service expectations.
• Develop detailed event orders and liaise with culinary and operations teams for execution.
• Manage event schedules, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and setup.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain comprehensive event records within the management system.
• Monitor client feedback and strive for high satisfaction across services.
• Collaborate with sales and culinary teams to develop customized catering solutions.
