Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Construction Planner to support multiple projects from a fully remote setup. You will develop, update, and monitor detailed schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, at least 5 years of scheduling experience, and strong remote communication skills to coordinate with distributed teams, managers, and site crews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong remote collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed construction project schedules.
• Analyze project scope and specs to create work breakdown structures and critical path analyses.
• Collaborate remotely with project managers, engineers and site supervisors.
• Monitor progress against plans; identify deviations and develop recovery plans.
• Forecast resource requirements and coordinate with departments for availability.
• Prepare regular progress reports, look-ahead schedules and milestones.
