Job summary

Placements24 is assisting a client in seeking a Senior Construction Planner for a fully remote role. You will develop, implement, and monitor detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will analyze project scopes, create work breakdown structures, identify critical paths, and provide regular progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master construction schedules using P6 or similar software.
• Analyze project scopes, drawings, and specifications to create WBS (work breakdown structures).
• Identify critical paths, potential delays, and resource constraints in the schedule.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams to gather updates and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Prepare regular progress reports, schedule updates, and performance analyses for management.
• Contribute to bidding by developing realistic and competitive construction schedules.
