Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, with infrastructure project focus.
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules for large infrastructure projects.
• Analyze progress, identify critical paths, and forecast schedule risks and impacts.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors for updates.
• Develop resource-loaded schedules including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare schedule progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist in recovery plans and scenario analyses for schedule deviations.
