Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior Construction Scheduler to manage and optimize project timelines from anywhere. You will develop, maintain, and analyze complex schedules for large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities include CPM-based scheduling, recovery planning, and collaborating with project managers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction scheduling on large/complex projects.
• Expert proficiency with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project and schedule analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain master schedules for large-scale projects.
• Analyze progress, identify delays, and craft recovery plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather updates and assess risks.
• Prepare schedule reports, variances, and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Evaluate changes and coordinate the change order process.
• Utilize CPM and advanced planning to optimize sequencing and resources.
