Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Remote Construction Planner to join our innovative client’s team. In this fully remote role, you will develop detailed construction plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for projects across multiple locations, driving on-time delivery from a distance.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams through virtual channels, analyze requirements, and optimize timelines using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Planner or in a similar planning role.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and logistics.
• Proficiency with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and project timelines.
• Analyze project requirements and resource needs to create deployment plans.
• Collaborate virtually with project managers, engineers and site teams.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or delays and propose proactive solutions.
• Prepare planning documentation, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on construction technologies and best practices.
