You will develop and implement QA/QC programs, conduct remote inspections, and analyze project data to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across nationwide projects including Soweto.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction QA/QC roles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with project management software and digital tools for remote collaboration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC programs for construction projects.
• Conduct remote inspections and audits using photos, video, and data-sharing tools.
• Analyze project documentation and performance data to identify trends and issues.
• Collaborate with on-site teams, project managers, and engineers to address quality concerns.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Manage documentation of QA/QC activities, including inspection reports and corrective action plans.
