Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance in manufacturing.
- Experience leading remote QA teams.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and SPC.
- Proficiency with quality control software and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine QA policies for all production lines.
- Lead and mentor remote QA technicians and inspectors.
- Conduct remote audits and assessments of production processes.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and root causes.
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
