Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Construction Project Coordinator to support nationwide construction projects from a remote location. You will manage documentation, coordinate schedules, and facilitate communication among project stakeholders to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in construction administration, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with project management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project coordinator in construction or a similar admin role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with project management software and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
• Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Maintain and organize contracts, blueprints, permits, and reports.
• Coordinate between site teams, clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Track timelines, milestones and identify delays.
• Prepare status updates and reports for management.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
