Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Production Coordination, Planning, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with remote production teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control processes, initiating reorders as necessary to prevent shortages.
• Liaise with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet required standards throughout the remote production cycle.
• Utilize project management and communication tools to track progress, report on key metrics, and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports on output, efficiency, and potential bottlenecks.
