Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, CS, or related field.
• Experience analyzing large biological datasets with Python or R.
• Proficiency with standard bioinformatics software and databases.
• Strong statistics and machine learning knowledge.
• Experience with cloud computing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze high-throughput biological data, including genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics.
• Develop and apply bioinformatics tools and algorithms for data analysis and interpretation.
• Build predictive models to understand disease mechanisms and identify potential drug targets.
• Collaborate with experimental biologists to design studies and interpret results.
