• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with digital proficiency.
• Experience with online collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Trello) and MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and customer service is advantageous.
• Familiarity with community needs and social service structures is a plus.
• Reliable, dedicated, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and implementation of community programs and events.
• Manage program schedules, resources, and participant logistics.
• Communicate effectively with program participants, volunteers, and community partners via digital channels.
• Maintain accurate program records, databases, and reporting documentation.
• Assist in the development of program materials and outreach strategies.
• Monitor program activities, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
• Support program staff and volunteers in their roles.
• Process registrations, inquiries, and feedback from community members.
• Ensure adherence to program guidelines and organizational policies.
• Contribute to the evaluation of program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
