Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Non-profit Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of program management experience in social sector.
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects remotely.
• Strong understanding of social service delivery models and community needs.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (Asana, Trello) and virtual tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote engagement.
• Experience in budgeting and financial resource management.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting on program outcomes.
• Self-motivation to thrive in fully remote work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of various social programs remotely.
