You will educate clients on their rights, develop action plans, and collaborate with teams to ensure equitable access while maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• Experience in advocacy, social work, or related field.
• Excellent remote communication skills, including phone, email, and video.
• Strong understanding of social justice issues and community support frameworks.
• Ability to work independently with high self-motivation and time management skills.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and case management software.

Responsibilities
