About the Role

Our client, a prominent real estate investment and management company, is seeking an experienced and proactive Remote Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to manage assets from anywhere. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, tenant relations, financial management, and maintenance, ensuring the optimal performance and profitability of each property. You will act as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and upholding our client's high standards of service. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of commercial leasing, and the ability to manage a diverse range of property-related issues remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring high tenant satisfaction.
