Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Senior Commercial Property Manager to lead remote management of a diverse portfolio of commercial assets. You will supervise day-to-day operations, tenant relations, budgets, and compliance from your home office.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial property management, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with Yardi or MRI. Remote work demands proactive communication and the ability to prioritize multiple properties.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial property management.
• Proven track record managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, property operations, and financial management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, and lease enforcement.
• Develop and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue generation.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
• Conduct regular property inspections (remote with virtual tools, on-site visits as needed).
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns, ensuring high service levels.
• Negotiate lease renewals and new lease agreements.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on property performance for management.
• Foster relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
