Placements24 is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager for a fully remote role. You will oversee day-to-day operations, tenant relations, financial performance, and maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties from a home office.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial property management, strong lease and financial management knowledge, and proficiency with Yardi or MRI. CPM/RPA certifications are highly desirable, with ample opportunity for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial property management.
• Proven track record managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, property operations, and financial management.
