Placements24 is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a fully remote team focused on automating and scaling cloud infrastructure, and strengthening deployment pipelines.

You will design and maintain cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), build CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC with Terraform/Ansible, manage Kubernetes, and collaborate with developers to deliver reliable software. This role values automation, reliability, and performance, with opportunity for continuous learning and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in DevOps, system administration, or software engineering.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and services.
• Strong CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and IaC tools.
• Solid scripting in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Understanding of networking, security, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment and operational efficiency.
