Placements24 is partnering with a dynamic CRO seeking a Remote Clinical Trial Manager to oversee global trials from a home-based setup in South Africa. You will lead protocol development, budgeting, timelines, and remote site management while ensuring GCP/ICH compliance.

Qualifications include a Life Sciences degree, 5+ years in trial management, and proficiency with CTMS and EDC. Strong leadership and remote collaboration are essential for success in this fully remote role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial management.
Experience managing multi-center trials and remote teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive clinical trial protocols, budgets, and timelines.
Oversee the selection, training, and performance management of clinical trial sites and investigative staff.
Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Manage and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and other study personnel.
Coordinate with data management, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs.
Monitor trial progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present regular study progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure timely submission of essential study documents and safety reporting.
Foster strong relationships with investigators, site staff, and key opinion leaders.
