Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Pharmaceutical Clinical Trials Manager to lead end-to-end studies from a home office. This fully remote role requires planning, execution, and oversight of Phase I–IV trials, ensuring compliance with GCP, ICH, SAHPRA, FDA and EMA guidelines while coordinating with global teams.

You will manage budgets, timelines, investigative sites and CRAs, oversee data collection and reporting, and maintain vendor relationships (CROs, labs, IRBs/ECs).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical trial management.
• Experience with Phase I–IV trials.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and SAHPRA, FDA, EMA.
• Experience with EDC and CTMS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end clinical trial conduct per GCP/ICH.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Select and train investigative sites and CRAs.
• Ensure timely patient recruitment and retention.
• Monitor data collection and reporting for integrity.
• Manage CROs, central labs, and IRBs/ECs.
• Prepare study documents like protocols and ICFs.
• Conduct remote or on-site site visits for quality.
• Coordinate with regulators and ethics committees.
• Contribute to study design and development.
