Placements24 is seeking a Remote Clinical Trial Manager to oversee planning, execution, and completion of complex trials from a remote South Africa setting. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to GCP and regulatory guidelines, and drive study timelines across multiple therapeutic areas.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in trial management, extensive CTMS/EDC experience, and a track record of managing multi-center studies while working independently in a fully remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical trial management experience in pharma or CRO.
• Proven ability to manage multi-center trials across therapeutic areas.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and remote team management skills.
• Proficiency with CTMS and EDC systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage trial protocols, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee site and staff selection, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, and local regulations.
• Mentor CRAs and other study personnel.
• Coordinate with data management, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs.
• Monitor trial progress and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare study progress reports for senior management.
