Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Pharmaceutical Project Manager specializing in clinical trials for a remote-first role. You will plan, execute, and close-out trials from Phase I to IV, leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with CROs and vendors to ensure adherence to GCP and regulatory standards.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and risk, while delivering trials on schedule and within budget, enabling global access to innovative therapies from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) or related field.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical project management with a focus on clinical trials.
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex trials across phases.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory submissions.
• Experience with CRO and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and close-out of multiple clinical trials from Phase I through IV.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, resources, and risk strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams including clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs.
• Oversee selection and management of CROs and central labs.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations, and implement CAPAs.
• Prepare status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and track expenditures to meet financial objectives.
• Foster clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes.
