Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Clinical Trial Manager to oversee multiple clinical studies from initiation to close-out. This fully remote role is based in South Africa, offering flexibility to work from anywhere within the country.

You will plan, execute, and monitor trials, ensuring GCP/ICH compliance and efficient collaboration with investigators, sites, and CROs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in clinical research with at least 3 years as Clinical Trial Manager.
• Proven experience in multi-center, international trials.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory submissions.
• Proficiency with CTMS and EDC systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage trial protocols, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee investigator/site selection and management, ensuring study requirements.
• Monitor trial progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Manage CROs and third-party vendors involved in trials.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all trial activities are conducted in compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and applicable regulatory standards.

• Prepare and present regular study progress reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
