Placements24 is seeking an experienced Client Service Executive to join our client’s team remotely, supporting a diverse portfolio of accounts across Centurion and beyond. You will manage relationships, address needs proactively, and drive service excellence from a distance.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and proficient with CRM tools. You will collaborate with internal teams, conduct regular check-ins, and resolve issues to maintain high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in client services, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other client management tools.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries.
• Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions and support to foster long-term relationships.
• Handle and resolve client complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome.
