About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Remote Client Success Manager to join their dynamic, fully remote team. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, overseeing their journey from onboarding to ongoing success.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure client objectives are met and exceeded.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value, share insights, and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Monitor client health and usage patterns, intervening proactively to prevent potential issues or churn.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and product capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Educate clients on new features, best practices, and relevant product updates.
• Gather client feedback and communicate it to relevant internal stakeholders to drive product and service improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
• Ability to analyze client data and usage patterns to provide strategic guidance.
• Experience with CRM and Client Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, ChurnZero).
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets.
