Exclusively Remote is seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Client Relationship Management, Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Confident communicating with clients and building rapport with different personalities.
• Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, conversations, and priorities simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and working across different software platforms.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or Pipedrive.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, requests, and ongoing support.
• Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to understand client needs, identify concerns, and provide proactive solutions.
• Provide a high level of personalized and responsive client service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests, concerns, and projects are handled efficiently and successfully.
• Maintain accurate client records, communication notes, and activity within CRM systems.
• Monitor client satisfaction and account health, ensuring issues are followed up on and resolved promptly.
• Take ownership of client concerns from initial contact through to resolution.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, improve the customer experience, and support client retention.
• Recognize opportunities for additional services or account growth where appropriate.
• Manage multiple client conversations and priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Communicate professionally and proactively with clients via email, phone, video calls, and other communication platforms.
• Build long-term client trust by being reliable, responsive, and solutions-focused.
