• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, monitor SLA, and conduct proactive client outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes in the system while avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify and elevate red flags or incidents per company rules.
