This role covers client communication, CRM administration, and platform navigation support, with strict adherence to compliance, confidentiality, and anti-fraud protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate professionally and concisely within a controlled workspace.
• Experience with CRM systems and client servicing in a remote setup.
• Strong time management, remote work discipline, and compliance awareness.
• Strict confidentiality and data protection, plus anti-fraud awareness.
• No personalized investment advice or handling of client funds.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, accurate communication exclusively within Assetara workspace.
• Deliver scheduled client calls and assist with platform navigation while adhering to compliance.
• Prioritize unread threads, manage SLA compliance, and conduct proactive client outreach.
• Maintain accurate client notes in CRM without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Identify and escalate red flags or incidents per compliance rules.
