Job Duck, LLC is hiring a Client Intake Specialist to be the first contact for potential clients, managing leads and calls, and guiding inquiries toward consultations. The role emphasizes clear communication, organization, and proactive follow-up in a remote setup for US-based clients.

The candidate should be comfortable with daily scheduling duties, maintaining calendars, and delivering a professional intake experience, while working in a steady call flow from a private remote workspace.

Formación

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Clear communication style with an American accent as close as possible.
• Experience using MyCase, RingCentral, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsabilidades

• Manage approximately 10 outbound follow-up calls per day.
• Handle approximately 20–30 inbound calls per day.
• Maintain accurate client information in company systems.
• Schedule client consultations and support intake processes.
• Provide a professional, friendly experience throughout intake.
