About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Remote Senior Cleaning Operations Manager to lead and optimize cleaning operations nationwide from a remote capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, setting performance standards, managing budgets, and ensuring consistent service quality across all client sites. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of cleaning best practices, and the ability to effectively manage a geographically dispersed team and workforce through digital platforms. Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of cleaning science, techniques, chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices.
