Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Civil Engineer to manage construction projects from a distance. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects using digital tools and clear communication.

You will ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery while working remotely. Requires BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering, ECSA registration, 8+ years in project management, and proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering and ECSA registration required.
• 8+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Ability to manage projects remotely using digital tools and collaboration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, and site safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects remotely, from planning to handover.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor progress using site reports, virtual inspections, and data analysis.
• Facilitate communication between site teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders via digital platforms.
• Review drawings, specifications, and progress claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely, on-budget project completion.
