Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Pr.Eng registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• At least 10 years of senior-level civil infrastructure experience.
• Experience managing remote teams and using digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for planning and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Oversee development of project plans including scope, budget, risk and resources.
• Mentor geographically dispersed engineering teams and foster collaboration.
• Engage with government bodies, clients and contractors to ensure alignment and success.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Review and approve critical design documents and reports.
