Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Proven track record managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of civil projects from planning to construction.
• Develop project plans, budgets and schedules; monitor remotely.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Conduct remote design reviews and technical problem-solving.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
