Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Remote Child Development Program Manager to lead strategic planning, development, and execution of innovative child development initiatives from a fully remote setting.

You will oversee programs that support early childhood education, family engagement, and child welfare, manage remote teams, and collaborate with partners to scale impact while ensuring regulatory compliance and rigorous evaluation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Public Health, Social Work).
• 7+ years of progressive program management experience in child development or non-profit sectors.
• Experience managing complex projects and remote teams.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and family support strategies.
• Proven budgeting and resource management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of child development programs from conception to evaluation.
• Develop strategic plans and roadmaps with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Manage program budgets and ensure financial accountability.
• Lead and motivate remote project teams and partnerships with stakeholders.
• Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess impact.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and funding requirements.
• Generate regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for program innovation and continuous improvement.
