Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Change Management Consultant to join our fully remote team. You will guide organizations through transformations, develop and implement change strategies, and engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure adoption of new processes and systems.

The role emphasizes virtual collaboration with clients across Gauteng and beyond, offering flexible remote work, opportunities for certification, and access to advanced change management tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar consulting role.
• Proven experience in leading change initiatives within large, complex organizations.
• Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and communication strategies.
• Excellent virtual facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored change management strategies and plans aligned with project objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
• Design and deliver engaging communication and training programs to support organizational change initiatives.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and team meetings to foster collaboration and address change-related concerns.
• Assess the impact of change and measure adoption rates, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
