Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar consulting role.
• Proven experience in leading change initiatives within large, complex organizations.
• Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and communication strategies.
• Excellent virtual facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
