Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Management Consultant specializing in Change Management for a fully remote role. You will guide clients through major transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and high employee adoption of new strategies, processes, and technologies.

You will work with diverse clients to design, deliver change management plans, engage stakeholders, and build sustainable change capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 6+ years in change management consulting or internal change roles.
• Proven experience with change methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Design and deliver communications, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Monitor progress, collect feedback, and adjust strategies for adoption.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership throughout the change process.
• Build sustainable change capabilities within client organizations.
