This executive role covers strategic planning, risk management, compliance, capital structure, and investor relations, with a compensation package including base salary, bonus, and equity, and a fully remote work arrangement.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• CA(SA) or CPA certification mandatory.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior roles such as CFO or VP Finance.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support growth and profitability.
• Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, and tax operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage investor relations, capital raising activities, and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to CEO and Board of Directors.
