Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Experience with fundraising, capital markets, and strategic financial planning

• Develop and execute long-term financial strategy, including capital allocation, fundraising, and M&A
• Oversee all financial operations: accounting, treasury, FP&A, tax
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and stakeholders
