Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in software development, with 5+ years in senior technical leadership.
• Experience building scalable platforms in startups or rapid-growth env.
• Deep knowledge of modern software architecture, cloud, microservices, CI/CD.
• Strong leadership, remote team management and mentorship.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and tech stacks.
• Proven ability to drive agile development and autonomous work in remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee design, development, deployment and maintenance of software products.
