Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end operations of distributed catering services from a remote location in South Africa. You will optimize workflows, ensure quality and compliance, and drive efficiency for events across Gauteng and beyond.

You will coordinate sourcing, preparation, delivery, and client feedback with remote kitchens and staff, monitor performance data, and implement improvements while maintaining strong supplier

Qualifications

• Minimum demonstrated experience in catering operations management.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and coordinate distributed operations.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation and quality control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with remote work technologies and operational software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee remote catering operations, including sourcing, prep, and delivery.
